Alexandra Lowell, M.P.H.
Director of Programs, has 15 years of experience developing health programs and communication materials. Alex provides programmatic and administrative management for our programs with an emphasis on strategic development, material development, and implementation. She is fluent in Spanish and has a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Puerto Rico .
Allison Mobley, M.H.S.
Director of Technical Services, has 20 years of public and private sector marketing experience. Allison provides direction on formative research; intervention planning and implementation; and monitoring/evaluation for our programs. She has a Master of Health Science in International Health and Health Communications from Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health.
